It is the duty and responsibility of every employer to ensure their workplace is free of any potential risks.  It is also the responsibility of every employer to ensure that all employees working in hazardous conditions are provided training which would allow them to recognize potential hazards and control the risks.  Initial and renewal occupational safety training must be offered to all personnel.

Employer Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Well trained employees have been shown to be more productive than untrained employees.  An investment in training produces safer employees and provides organizations with a return on higher productivity, lower costs, improved competitiveness, higher profits and economic growth.

Modern training needs to be easy and accessible.  AES can help you develop and administrate your Corporate LMS.  We can help create and distribute learning materials in the form of Student Handouts/Documents, Power Point Presentations, Videos, Web Links, Responsive Work Assignments or Skills Assessments, which can be tracked and training delivered anywhere, on any device with an internet connection.

With our E-Learning Platform, you can manage all your training and communication needs.  Whether you need to provide occupational or safety training, communicate policies or procedures, provide in-service on new equipment or processes, we can help.  Deploy your compliance training faster, and automate re-training and get the reporting you need.  Give your employees, contractors and customers on demand access to immediate content.

What you can achieve with an online LMS through AES:
  • Easily adapt your workforce to engaging training materials and having the ability to reuse these materials over time.
  • Enabled to have multiple choices for creating curriculum, such as the method of delivery, design of materials and techniques for evaluation.
  • Significantly reducing your training budget and still receiving professionally developed, managed and effective training resources.
  • A LMS, which will improve professional development and evaluation, allows your company to get more value from human resources while empowering your employees, contractors and customers with additional tools for self-improvement.
